Flanders’ Maritime Cluster is promoting and supporting sustainable growth in the Belgian marine-maritime sector through the creation of a platform that unites industry, science and authorities
Flanders’ Maritime Cluster was created to bring together all relevant stakeholders in Flanders through the provision of the following services to its members:
Active promotion of skills in Flanders’ marine and maritime sector
Flanders’ Maritime Cluster raises awareness of the marine and maritime industry in Flanders and beyond by actively promoting the skills, products and services which can be offered by industry and research institutions in the region.
Stimulation of partnerships and valorization of knowledge
As a network organization, Flanders’ Maritime Cluster facilitates partner searches and guides companies wishing to enter the marine and maritime secotr. Flanders’ Maritime Cluster supports collaboration between its members and stimulates innovation. The cluster provides scientists with a platform to interact with the industry in Flanders.
Support for the commercialization of marine and maritime technology
In addition to its network of leading companies. Flanders’ Maritime Cluster offers its members the opportunity to participate in international promotions, conferences, foreign trade fairs and trade missions.
