| Other News and Information Dr. Henry Thompson (Emeritus Professor, Auburn University, USA) has been appointed Head of the Economic Unit of ATINER. ATINER successfully organized the 15th Annual International Conference on Global Studies: Business, Economic, Political, Social and Cultural Aspects on Monday 20 & Tuesday 21 December. The conference was held with both onsite and remote presentations. The second day of the conference the official dinner was given by our president to the participants who were in Athens. The next Global Studies conference will be held on 19 & 20 December 2022. Our Vice President of Administration and Finance Dr. Chris Sakellariou (Associate Professor of Economics, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) visited ATINER’s downtown office and met with President Dr Gregory T. Papanikos and discussed about prospects for project collaborations. A Symposium on Latin America Democracy and Politics will be organized next June as part of the 20th Annual International Conference on Politics & International Studies. You are welcome to submit a proposal for presentation. |
